NetSuite is our jam, and we are looking for someone to join our team who has the same enthusiasm and work ethic to help companies optimize their NetSuite environments. You don’t have to meet 100% of our requirements, but we want someone who is willing to learn and grow, as this position has room to grow into a consultant role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting and administrative functions within Netsuite including user and permissions management, creating and managing custom records and forms, creating saved searches and reports, and other relevant tasks to support client requests.
- Set up various modules within NetSuite (i.e. WMS, adv manufacturing, inventory management, finance, Oneworld, CRM modules, etc.)
- Carry out data migration tasks from legacy to current business solutions
Provide support with NetSuite implementations. - Assist with identifying and implementing workflow improvements in client Netsuite environments.
- Work with clients to gather requirements, implement, test and deploy new features within NetSuite.
- Present client obstacles to technical developers and work as a team to design and implement customizations to fit client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of hands-on of relevant NetSuite experience maintaining data and/or supporting Finance processes within NetSuite.
- Participation in multiple NetSuite implementations.
- Comprehension of key financial and accounting business processes.
- Working experience and knowledge of wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and inventory management.
- NetSuite certification(s) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, adapt to new requirements and complex client requests.
- Strong communicator and critical thinker with the ability to handle complicated situations and craft creative solutions.
