The adoption and development of Devma’s NetSuite subscription solution helped save 1,000+ hours and automated 25,000+ orders.
Challenge
PureLife discovered the majority of customers were placing the same orders over and over at regular intervals. Using this information, PureLife developed a subscription-based sales model to increase revenue and reduce overhead while improving the customer experience.
The only problem with their newly-fledged subscription model was whether they could get rid of their manual spreadsheets and sales orders and turn them into an automated workflow within NetSuite.
Unable to find a quick fix to implement their industry-changing sales tactic, PureLife turned to their long-time NetSuite solution provider, Devma to develop a custom solution in NetSuite to implement and automate the complex process of analyzing custom records data within NetSuite and turning it into sales transactions.
Solution
Devma’s team of NetSuite architects and developers built a customized subscription module using native NetSuite records to generate and send customer-specific sales orders. A script was created to recommend a customized ordering schedule based on purchase history tailored to each dental clinic’s needs.
As part of Devma’s development services, a thorough business review of PureLife’s sales-to-customer process was performed and additional efficiencies were added to PureLife’s custom module. Not only did Devma improve PureLife’s customer service metrics, but warehouse operations were also upgraded as pick tickets and item fulfillments were automatically generated based on the customized sales orders.
