What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations: discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training
Manage client relationships, project timelines, and communication throughout the engagement
Lead and support ongoing managed services engagements, acting as a trusted advisor for day-to-day NetSuite needs
Design elegant, scalable solutions that solve real client needs and align with best practices
Collaborate with developers to deliver customizations and integrations
Configure and support modules like Inventory, Work Orders, and Advanced Manufacturing
Bring practical NetSuite experience to manufacturing industry clients
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience
Experience working with manufacturing companies (discrete or process)
Strong understanding of NetSuite Manufacturing modules and workflows
Ability to manage client relationships and drive implementation forward
Clear communicator with strong documentation and organizational skills
Candidates located in State of Washington or Oregon are preferred, as the role may involve occasional in-person collaboration in a hybrid work setting
Bonus: Experience with SuiteApps like RFSmart, ZoneBilling, or Celigo
