Our team brings deep product expertise, real-world experience, and unfiltered insights to clients across SaaS, consumer goods, nonprofit, and other product-based sectors. We're a fully remote, fast-moving team that values flexibility, clarity, and execution.

We’re hiring our first Account Executive to help build and scale our sales function. This is a foundational role with real ownership, working closely with the founder to drive growth and shape how we go to market.

What You'll Do

  • Own and close new business across NetSuite implementations, managed services, and custom solutions

  • Develop and manage a pipeline through both outbound efforts and referral/channel relationships

  • Build strong working relationships with NetSuite alliance teams, SuiteApp partners, and other referral sources

  • Collaborate with the delivery team to scope projects, align proposals, and support a smooth handoff

  • Help define our early sales playbook, tools, and reporting structure

  • Represent Devma with professionalism, transparency, and a solutions-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience selling NetSuite services, ideally within the NetSuite Alliance Partner ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the ERP services landscape

  • Proven ability to generate leads independently through outbound outreach, while effectively managing partner-driven opportunities

  • Familiarity with the NetSuite platform, its modules, and common third-party integrations (e.g., RFSmart, Celigo, ZoneBilling, Avalara)

  • Strong sales fundamentals—able to manage full sales cycles with minimal oversight

  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to solution selling

  • Comfortable working in a remote, early-stage environment with evolving processes

  • Long-term interest in growing into a leadership role as the sales function scales
