Role Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to help shape our digital presence, from our website to social media to original content. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves creating useful, engaging content and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

• Write and edit blog posts, case studies, and website copy focused on NetSuite services, best practices, and industry insights

• Develop content in coordination with consultants and leadership team

• Website & SEO:

• Help manage website structure, content updates, and SEO performance

• Coordinate with designers/developers on layout or design needs

• Social Media:

• Plan and post on LinkedIn and other channels to build visibility and engagement

• Track performance and recommend adjustments

• Email Marketing:

• Draft and schedule newsletters, announcements, and outbound sequences

• Sales Enablement:

• Help create marketing collateral and slide decks for outreach and proposals

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or communications (B2B or SaaS/ERP preferred)

• Strong writing and editing skills — able to explain technical topics clearly

• Familiarity with marketing platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.

• Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn

• Must Have: Experience with NetSuite or marketing for professional services
