Molly Sullivan is the Head of Professional Services at Devma, where she leads a team of consultants focused on helping clients optimize their NetSuite and ZoneBilling environments. Known for her thoughtful leadership and hands-on approach, Molly ensures projects run smoothly—from process design to system optimization—while maintaining Devma’s reputation for quality, collaboration, and practical solutions that make a real impact.
Before joining Devma, Molly was instrumental in building the Customer Support Department at ZoneBilling, managing a team dedicated to client success and support excellence. Her work there deepened her technical expertise and her ability to build high-performing teams within the NetSuite ecosystem.
Molly’s foundation in technology and operations began in the food and beverage industry, where she managed systems at Grand Central Bakery and later at Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Those experiences shaped her understanding of how ERP systems can empower teams on the ground—a perspective that continues to guide her work today.
